We’re unable to accept insurance. However, we aim to keep our rates accessible, between 90-120$ per session, depending on whether you buy a single session or a package. Sexuality Coaching is goal-oriented and fast paced, so you can see results within a few months or less, depending on your goals. The majority of the process happens in between sessions, through at-home assignments and supplementary materials homework. Think of it as your own personal sex education, specific to your goals. This “homework” is meant to support and enrich your sexual journey, and start rewiring your brain and body to serve your needs. It also allows us to make the most of our time together, as we can build upon the progress you’ve done at home. We are committed to your success and will work as slow or as fast as you need.
